Roxy Music's 4th album Country Life released 1974 on Island Records had the cover censored in the US and other countries due to the scantily dressed models (one of whom is Constanze Karoli, sister of Can guitarist Michael Karoli). The alternate is simply the same image without the models. There are many examples of censored or alternate covers including The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Blind Faith and Nirvana.
