ROME is an experimental neofolk and industrial band founded 2005 in Luxembourg by Jérôme Reuter. Reuter adds musicians for performances and studio recordings. the band's sound combines military drumming, horns, electronic textures, acoustic guitars and samples. The lyrics are often about war-related themes. Outstanding albums include Masse Mensch Material, Flowers From Exile and Die Æsthetik der Herrschaftsfreiheit.
