Eponymous is the Second REM compilation album, released in 1988 on I.R.S. Records. The setlist includes Singles and tracks from their earliest EPs and studio albums: "Radio Free Europe" and "Talk About the Passion" from Murmur, "Gardening at Night" from Chronic Town, "So. Central Rain" and "(Don't go Back to) Rockville" from Reckoning, "Can't Get There From Here" and "Driver 8" from Fables of the Reconstruction, "Romance" from Made in Heaven (Soundtrack), "Fall on Me" from Life's Rich Pageant, "The One I Love" and "It's the End of the World as we Know It" from Document, and "Finest Worksong" (Single). This album is an excellent overview of some of REM's classic early material.
