In Time is a double album compilation focussed on R.E.M.'s mid-to-late career work, after they had left the IRS label. The compilation gives 18 masterful tracks from several of their greatest albums, plus it includes four unreleased tracks, all of which are excellent. This album complements 1988's Eponymous, which is a collection of the band's earlier material. If you don't have all the R.E.M. albums already, then this compilation is highly recommended.
