Aut'Chose was a Canadian garage rock group formed 1974 in Montreal, Quebec. They were most noted for receiving a Juno Award nomination for Most Promising New Group at the Juno Awards of 1976. Aut'chose disbanded in 1977 after releasing Three studio albums, and their leader the poet Lucien Francœur continued a successful solo career. Standout albums include Le cauchemar américain and the compilation Chansons d'épouvante.
