The Last Dance is an American dark wave band formed 1990 in Los Angeles, California by Jeff Diehm, Rick Joyce, Tony Tullai and Ian Haas. Tragedy struck the band in 2002 when their drummer died of pneumonia whilst touring Germany. The group is associated with the third wave of the Gothic rock movement, characterised by dark, romantic and bleak sounds. Outstanding albums include Fairytales, Staring at the Sky and Once Beautiful.
