Dub Syndicate is an English dub collaboration formed 1982 in London by dub producer Adrian Sherwood and Lincoln "Style" Scott, former drummer with the Roots Radics, Suns of Arqa and Creation Rebel. The project initially evolved out of Creation Rebel and had a classic dub sound until the third album, Tunes From The Missing Channel (1985), where the sound became more experimental. Dub Syndicate works with Skip McDonald (vocals, guitar), Keith LeBlanc (percussion) and Doug Wimbish (bass), of the band Tackhead. They have produced albums in collaboration with Lee Scratch Perry, Doctor Pablo, Bim Sherman and Luciano. Standout albums include Tunes From the Missing Channel, Time Boom X De Devil Dead, Acres of Space and the compilation Special King Size Dub.
