Based on the idea of an ongoing series of singles ('Bitez') with Damon Albarn's choice of artists, the project shows a bright and original idea executed perfectly with effective incorporation of sounds and genres with their respective legends.
From goth god Robert Smith to post-punk godfather Peter Hook, English rock history is explored through the sounds of the title track and 'Aries', whilst bringing in new artists such as store favourites St. Vincent and slowthai. This 12 track pressing of the initial series is another masterful entry into the Gorillaz catalogue, up to par with their debut, 'Demon Dayz' and 'Plastic Beach'.
